GENESIS
Lakshmishree Investment & Securities Pvt. Ltd. was formed to attain the membership of Equity Market with Registered Office in Mumbai on 09th Dec 2005 We got the approval of SEBI for the Membership of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on
5th April 2007 & Bombay Stock Exchange on 12 th June 2009. We are also the member Of Mcx stock exchange & United Stock exchange giving facilities for Equity, Currency, Future &
Option & Mutual Funds.
We are the Depository participant since Nov 2008.
Our group company is the member of National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange of India Ltd since
April 2006 and Multi Commodity Exchange Of India Ltd since October 2008. LCPL is also a member of Indian Commodity Exchange & has recently acquired membership of National
Spot Exchange.
Our group company Lakshmishree Real Estate & Landscaper Pvt. Ltd. Was incorporated in 2011.
